I have a depth of learning from my diverse background as a C-Suite executive, Senior Vice President, Director, consultant and woman in STEM. Having worked in multiple large, complex industries across many jurisdictions and through times of significant change and transition, I have a unique ability to authentically relate to executives and their leadership challenges.
I am an empathetic and analytical coach who will listen with undivided attention, engage candidly and with a healthy respect for each executive’s uniqueness, while helping to assess risks and opportunities from multiple perspectives.
